Dinner Money Update from Mr Coyne
LCC catering have launched the new school meals menu this will start when we return from the half term break on Monday 1st November 2021.
In order to negate the current logistical problems around catering suppliers we are urging all parent to pre book school meals well in advance.
With this mind I have launched the the new menu on Parentpay so that information can be collected more accurately.
I have initially loaded 3 weeks of menus and will extend this after some further testing.

Booking can be changed up to 24 hours before the day of the meal
KS1 PARENTS
When placing a booking please ensure you proceed through the checkout process your balance will remain at £0.00
KS2 PARENTS
Once booked, your child's meals will need to paid for in advance.
The price for 3 week worth of meals is £34.50. (£2.30 per day)
If your account is in credit this will be used toward to total balance when you checkout.
If you currently have a arrears balance on your account this will need to be paid for along with the booked meals
If you qualify for Free School Meals when booking your balance will remain at £0.00 please continue with the booking as per the instructions provided.
If you have paid for an advance booking and your child is absent, the cost of the meal will be credited back you.
FAVOURITE FRIDAY
Please select the meal choices on a Friday only.
3 weeks of Favorite Fridays will be £6.90
This will be a testing phase for the the new booking system, I hope no problems are encountered but should any arise please email me. If you are able to please provide screenshots, for security purposes I have no access to Parents accounts and only see the management side of the system.
You may receive regular reminders regarding booking your Childs meals as we need to ensure stock ordering remains constant.
